REALLY HILLARY

I would wager that the dog ate your homework in grade school.

With all the finger pointing going on, regarding what the FBI should have done or should not have done, memory should serve we the people best.  With all the smoke that has been blown our direction for the last few years, regarding Hillarys’ indiscretions in safe keeping our country’s vital communications, it is sometimes difficult to recall the absolute cause for our concern.

Do you remember the fact that she decided to shun protocol, and agreement with the executive, by using a private server to communicate government correspondence?

None of the subsequent investigations would have occurred if she had just followed the rules.  She would have followed the rules if she didn’t think they should not apply to her.

If one were to study the historical record of her skirting both legal and ethical boundaries that record is probably one more task that you would not have enough time to accomplish before election day.

The fact to remember is this: without Hillary’s bad judgment, disregard of protocol, and failure of full disclosure, we would not be having this discussion. None of this is the fault of anyone else, she is responsible.

So now it’s time for the Clintonesque common practice of misdirection and deflection.  This practice has been a predominate method of the Clinton cartel since their political presence entered our national awareness.  Some suggested reading regarding the lady who could become our first female President: “Crisis of Character”; “Armageddon”; http://www.nybooks.com/daily/2016/01/30/clinton-system-donor-machine-2016-election/ ; Clinton Cash; “Hillary’s America”.

Throughout the study of Hillarys’ records, the pattern of smearing accusers with blame and the obscurement of facts is more than evident.  The most notable are Hillary’s smearing the women who accused Slick Willy of sexual assault while in the office of president.  This time it’s trying to accuse Mr. Comey, Director of the FBI, of attempting to influence the election.  Once again, I reiterate, there would be no problem if she had just followed the rules.

After all, is said and done, should we elect her as President or should we do everything we can legally do to thwart her drive to govern?

Pray for discernment.  Pray for our country.

WE HAVE A CHOICE

Free will was a gift allowing Human beings the ability to be surprised by the outcome of our choices.
Every four years in the USA we the people have an opportunity to choose the person who will direct our countries economy, security, and basically oversee our legislative branch of the government.  There are some folks, in our society, who view making that choice as a responsibility, and some who are more than willing to let someone else choose for them.  They do, however, reserve the right to complain and whine about the outcome their lack of action.  There are also those of us who allow our choices to be manipulated by societal pressures and propaganda rather than taking the time and effort to do their own research.

This Presidential election cycle is a crowning example of manipulation.  If we were to only allow the information,  given to us by the media and the web universe, the odds of making the best choice would be close to nil.  I a society that has been kidnapped by “Political correctness”,  the less guarded remarks of the “non-politician” Trump, have put him at a disadvantage. Strange reason for discarding his managerial accomplishments from the equation of choosing a leader.

Nice talk (political correctness), saying only what we would like to hear, and not showing what they really think is a vein of dishonesty that I do not want in the person who will lead our country.  I am tired of the slick politician who says whatever the winds of polling are blowing instead of doing what is best for our country.
I see Mrs. Clinton as the personification of the political chameleon saying, not necessarily doing, what she wants us to perceive.
I have listed some of the things I’m interested in having addressed for our country.  You  may well have other things that we need.

DONALD TRUMP
HILLARY CLINTON
ECONOMY
Business experience and a record seeing potential and making his vision come into reality.  Turning a $!,000,000 loans into a multi-billion dollar empire in 30 years. Tax incentives for the overseas business' to return to the US with over $3t influx of capital with a percentage of that going toward national infrastructure
30 years as a career politician and the ability to go from flat broke after leaving the white house to a net worth in excess of $200,000,000 in less that 12 years.  Remarkable?
Raise business taxes, raise personal taxes.
NATIONAL SECURITY
Wants to rebuild the military strength to prevent adversaries from detecting weakness.  Wants to review and change our rules of engagement.
Will rebuild military strength, will continue prosecution of war in a manner similar to that of Obama administration.
IMMIGRATION
Stop illegal trafficking, extreme vetting of middle east refugees, end over- stay of visa’s
Allow large numbers of undocumented immigrants to come into and stay in our country.  Allow over 60K un-vettable refugees from Syria (?) into our country
BORDER CONTROL
Build a wall
Open borders
TAX REFORM
Rewrite current tax code and law, lower taxation,

HEALTHCARE
Replace Obamacare, limit civil case awards, open competitive medical insurance  across nation
Keep and try to repair Obamacare, end goal of one-payer system
VETERAN AFFAIRS
Re-organize the VA system
Just fine the way it is
MILITARY
Rebuild and strengthen, new rules of engagement
Limited rebuild
EDUCATION
School choice
More money into the existing system (unions)
RULE OF LAW
Return to the rule of law, DOJ, FBI

SCOTUS
Appoint conservative judicial, original constitutional adherence
Appoint liberal judicial, constitution interpretation in accordance with present social agreement

Now I don’t know about you but in that entire list, I don’t see any mention about sexual misconduct, respect of others, or any type of personal behavior that should be no one else's business.  That’s why we call it personal.

Your vote is important and it should count for something.  This is not a personal thing, and it’s not about my ego or yours, this is about our nation and what we pass on to future generations of American citizens of the U.SA.

CARNIVAL BARKERS

What an experience we are getting crammed down our collective throats.  The media acting like carnival barkers directing us to the oddity they want us to view.  Hyping and sensationalizing only the perverse of one show while ignoring the hideous facts of the other.
We, our society, who are supposed to be in charge of who we elect as our representative governance are no longer acting responsibly. We no longer look at the facts of what our country is in need of, or what’s best for the common good.  We are, instead, in the process of electing a leader on information being fed to us by a self-serving ideological media.
This last week the media had two major impactful stories that should have an effect on our choice of leadership. One story regarded the (Possible) personal reprehensible actions of one of the candidates, the other showed in black and white the actions and words which actually affected our nation and its politic.  One story made the one candidate look personally repugnant, the other story was virtually non-existant.  The barker refused to shout out “Looky here” too.
In fact, the mainstream media reportage is pushing the Trump show at least 7:1 over the Hillary Wiki-leaks information.  In the case of NBC, ABC the coverage or mention was an average of 9 minutes on Trump, 15 seconds on Hillary’s Wiki-Leaks information dump.

Now, I don’t know about you, but when it comes to choosing a leader for the free world, (our country, the USA), my priorities are focused on items that affect our nation, rather than on the indiscretions of a personal nature.  Individual morality is not the question we need focus upon, even though the moral fiber of our society may be important to us all.

In a rush to appear “holier than thou”, the media minions have decided that to advance their cause, hypocrisy might serve their candidate well.  Focusing  the full thunderous  sound of their attacks on the personal (undocumented) deeds of the Donald, while ignoring factual information showing the self-serving actions of the Hillary camp.

I will be among the first to condemn the actions of Mr. Trump if and when the allegations are proven to be factual.  I will also point out that sexual misconduct has not been any kind of disqualifier for the office of President.  While Presidents such as FDR, Kennedy, Johnson, Clinton have shown their sexual indiscretions, with Clinton being most obvious, how is it that we disallow Trump's viability.  President Jimmy Carter even admitted to lusting in his mind, the difference with Trump is the lack of political correctness.  We need to put all this into perspective, and we need to do it without hypocrisy.  Men can be pigs and we all know that and most men if being honest to have lusted in their minds as well.

My concerns for our country are not what Mr. Trump thinks about women, about men and women, about fast cars, or any of that small ball diversionary shiny subjects the elite would like me to be focussing on.  I don’t trust the Barker.  There is not one of my concerns that Donald Trump has not addressed during this campaign period.  He has proven himself in the economic/financial arena, in the rebuilding of infrastructure, and as one who completes his vision of what can be.  His children, his family, his companies have shown his devotion to the standards of education, morality, and success.  His success has shown his ability to see what needs to be done, then do it, a series of visionary objectives achieved.
I expect his abilities to match his objectives for our country.
Trump says he will make America Great Again, Hillary says she will implement more of where we are.

My daily political random thought:
It's like dreading a new medicine that looks like sludge, that smells really bad, and we're not sure of how it will taste.
Its history has shown despite all the drawbacks it has performed remarkably well in improving conditions.
The old medicine has not shown itself to be working.  In fact, it has worsened the conditions that are harmful to the body.  Even though abhorrible, the new medicine at least gives a chance of recovery.

COMMMON SENSE OR PRIDE?

Yep. I’m one of those bible clutching, gun toting, reprehensible Christian rednecks.  I’m also voting for Mr. Trump, not because I like what he has said, but for what I have seen in his accomplishments.  That is just one reason but the big one is I will do everything I can to prevent our country, our way of life to continue in a state of erosion.
I see a huge battle being continued in our GOP party about who and what set of ideology best represents the conservative side of the aisle.  There are some who are so proud of themselves and the stick-to-it-ness that they exhibit by shutting all chance of change.  One thing comes immediately to mind and that is the statement “Pride goeth before the fall”.
The bible, at least the one I have read a bit of, has a lot of common sense strung through all those words and pages.   Might remind some of us, and myself, about some of that common sense. One of the first things I remember is that there are what are called the “Seven Deadly Sins”, of which pride is a champion.  The second thing that jumps into mind is that the downfall for Satan was the mistake of pride in deciding his position as equal to his Creator. The third common sense item quoted is “a kingdom divided against itself will fall”.
I include a list of some other quotations we might find applicable to our political landscape.  Think about it.:
Galatians 6:4, Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else.
Isaiah 2:12, The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted (and they will be humbled).
Jeremiah 9:23, Let not the wise boast of their wisdom.
Proverbs 11:2, When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.
Proverbs 18:12, Before a downfall the heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.
Need I say more to our GOP, Conservative staunch “Never Trumpers” that the common sense on this election cycle is we are in jeopardy of not only losing this battle but in fact the Obama factor has spread through our ranks.  What is the Obama factor, it is basically pulling up stakes before the battle is won.

Pray for our Country, Pray for common sense

CONSERVATIVE OR FOOLS?

OK, I get it.
You are morally superior human beings who know what’s best for our country.  It’s gonna be your way or the highway and there is no way you can support Donald Trump.
Then there’s our political governing bunch that makes a big showing of how they are not going to support or even vote for Donald Trump.  I might go out on a limb here and suggest that they are acting in a counter productive and stupidly foolish manner.
In an earlier blog post http://arbeeresponds2.blogspot.com/2016/02/why-my-choice-is-marco-rubio.html, I stated my case against Trump.  I was totally in the Rubio camp and still would be had so many of my fellow conservatives not backed and voted for Mr. Trump.  They did vote and back him in insurmountable numbers and those numbers are firmly in Trump's camp today.
Something you “never Trump” GOP candidates running for office around the country are forgetting is this: there are 85% of your base who are voting for Trump.  You might come to realize that 85% may not vote for you who are deserting our cause in favor of a Hillary Clinton victory.  Some of us might even consider you as being traitors to our overall purpose of defending our sovereign nation.  You are, without a doubt, if Trump loses, going to be viewed as Hillary facilitators in the continued course Obama led us down.
I may never understand the “never Trump” conservative constituency who, mistakenly, stand proudly behind their constitutional stance but yet will put the immoral, socialistic pack of donkeys in the position of veto power.  If you think that anything other than a vote, I mean pulling the actual lever, for Trump is not voting for Hillary you are “squirrel food”.  How can you not know what that means?
AT STAKE:  Supreme court, education manipulated by unions, continued damage to the economy through taxation and regulation, constant erosion of the original Constitution, attacks on the second amendment, loss of business to other countries (TPP), curtailment of fracking, unrestricted intake of refuge, open borders and the list goes on.

When close to 70% of our population considers our government to be leading us in the wrong direction, why would you help to continue that direction of travel?

Pray for discernment
Pray for our country
Love your neighbor

CHANGE

John 8:11 "Go and sin no more" the fact is it is far too easy to be a hypocrite, we have all sinned.

CHANGE

(C) Ron Burres
I am not that man you knew yesterday,

Each day is added onto the ones before

If it were not for that man of yesterday

Touching my life in his own unique way

I would not be who I am

Perhaps,

Tomorrow I will be better.

That is my sincere hope.

HYPOCRITICAL OR IGNORANT?

Listening to the talking points spilling out of Hillary and her surrogates, (political, on-line blogs, main- stream- media), you would think that Donald Trump had bilked our government out of millions of dollars in taxes.

Hillary’s talking points on this subject are terribly ignorant, hypocritical, or outright lies. I don’t think that Hillary is ignorant on how to use tax law to advantage since she has done so in at least three situations that I know of:
1. Claiming a loss of some $700,000  in the 2015 taxes;
2. Charitable tax deductions of $10m which were to the Clinton Foundation which has been proven to make their way into the hands of various Clinton enterprises;
3. Utilization of the real estate provisions in the tax codes in such a way as to diminish estate tax liabilities.

That does not make her ignorant about the use of tax law to lower the amount of taxes they would legally be liable.  It does, however, make her seem highly hypocritical.
The fact that her conglomerate of peeps treat the citizens of our country as being ignorant, in regards to business and tax practice, is an insult to a large majority of we the people.  The same talk down to us blather about the practice of saving a company’s existence, by using the legal method of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  That is another insult to all the small business owners who have had to use chapter 11 to survive.
How many times has she insulted “We the people” ?  How many times has she counted on her sound bites to be ingested, into the voting populace, as gospel?  That’s really sad.  What is much worse is the number of folks so indoctrinated in our society that buy into her false narratives.

Def: Ig·no·rant:
without knowledge of, unaware of, unconscious of, oblivious to, incognizant of, unfamiliar with, unacquainted with, uninformed about, ill-informed about, unenlightened about, unconversant with, inexperienced in/with, naive about, green about.  Lacking knowledge or awareness in general; uneducated or unsophisticated.
Def: Hypocrite: a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, especially one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.

Information of interest:
According to Hillary's tax returns--which she's published on her website, the Democratic nominee reported close to $700,000 in long-term capital losses in 2015:   http://www.hannity.com/articles/hanpr-election-493995/hypocrisy-hillarys-tax-returns-show-she-15166016/

This is an illuminating article regarding finance and acceptable tax practices.  It also shows how the Clintons used tax laws to their advantage. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2014-06-17/wealthy-clintons-use-trusts-to-limit-estate-tax-they-back

http://www.alternet.org/economy/robert-reich-reveals-real-scandal-trumps-failure-pay-taxes The real scandal here is that Trump and other hugely wealthy people can get away with this, and do so all the time. It’s just another way the system has been rigged – by rich people who buy off politicians to alter tax, bankruptcy, and other laws and regulations to their advantage, just like Donald Trump has done.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/sep/21/carly-fiorina/trumps-four-bankruptcies/   Trump’s four bankruptcies were Chapter 11 reorganizations (named for its location in federal bankruptcy code), which are designed to restructure businesses without shutting them down completely. The purpose is to "save" the business, as opposed to other forms of bankruptcy which would liquidate the company

a CHILD OF THE 1940's

CHILD OF THE 1940's   (c) Ron Burres

I am a child of the 1940s' and growing up I was taught the importance of:
God,
Honesty,
Integrity,
Responsibility

The results of cause and effect.
I eventually came to believe that:

Competition creates achievement,

Success is a product of smart thinking and hard work.

Innovation and creativity are products of individual freedom.

We all have the right to believe and practice our religion or not.

Each person is unique in talent, ability and in contribution to society.

In the freedom to express myself, and the right of my neighbor to do the same.

A country and society divided against itself will eventually crumble and fall into weakness.

Common sense is the best aid in decision making, without it most plans is destined to fail.

True education promotes digging through piles of drivel and deceit in order to discover truth

Indoctrination promotes actions based upon unsustainable falsehoods and a lust for power.

That it makes more sense to believe in God, eternity, grace and forgiveness than in the nothingness of atheism because of possible result.

LIFE IS A FIELD

LIFE IS A FIELD     (C) Ron Burres

Life is a field
It seems that Sundays always bring short bursts of insight. It wasn’t always the case but insights are more frequent as one confronts physical mortality through aging. My own insights seem to be prompted by the catalyst of someone else’s ponderings. In my case it is frequently the homily at mass or something heard via television. Yesterday the prompter was a homily about the creeping insidiousness of little missteps. In the New Testament Jesus warns us about the relationships of anger, hatred, and murder; sexual imagination to adultery and coveting. The progression is undeniable. We all have the human proclivity to mull and grow small thoughts into consuming thought patterns and eventually into some form of action. This is quite similar to another simple teaching that tells us the power of faith as small as a mustard seed. Wrong thought, as small as a mustard seed, can become giant in our lives.
Life is like a field a farmer leases. We are given the freedom to plant and nourish whatever we wish. Eventually, we will see the results of whatever seeds we have decided to give the most care and nourishment too. Each seed of thought produces its own particular fruit and it makes sense to be diligent in our choices. The New Testament gives us so many teachings of Christ which warn us of the pitfalls and advise us of best direction. His parables intertwine giving us a guide for creating crops that nourish our lives and our souls.
When I was growing up in Eastern Oregon the farmland we made our living on was very fragile. There was very little water for, the used up soil and we had to fight to create a living in this part of the country. We learned how to increase the nutrients in the soil, how to conserve moisture and how to stagger the use of the land giving time to build its strength. We took care in protecting the seed that we planted in this unwilling land by treating it to prevent sickness of the crop it was to produce. The most ardent of all labors that went into the prize of a decent crop was that of eliminating the weeds. Christ also gave us the parable of the farmer whose fields were reduced to worthless value by thorns and weeds. Our field of life is the same. If we allow ourselves to be assaulted by seeds of thought which are harmful in our lives we stand to lose.
Throughout the Old and New Testaments we have been given a training manual for creating a fruitful life, all we have to do is pay attention. The Ten Commandments give us a basic straight forward directive regarding things that are vital to life as a society and as an individual. There has yet to be a better set of guide posts put in front of us. The temptations to circumvent or to ignore these commandments are stepping stones to disaster. We can see this in our own lives, in our neighbors, and in our countries. From my own view, I see the Old Testament as a book of warnings and examples of just how important it is to stay away from certain tendencies of the human condition. In the beginning, Genesis starts with warnings about disobedience, the dangers of our inquisitive nature, anger and jealousy as seeds culminating in the act of murder. Most of the Old Testament is involved with showing us what happens when we shove aside the directions supplied to us in order to satisfy our basest noxious thoughts and actions. The New Testament takes an entirely different approach in using the example of Christ’s life, teachings, and actions to show us a more positive approach to nourishing our lives. Christ’s teachings give us direction on things to do, more so than the things to avoid.
Looking back on my own field of life it’s pretty evident which thoughts I nourished to create action and culminated in results that could have been predicted. Hindsight is always so much more prudent than the prediction.

ALWAYS DONKEY'S FIRST

SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
John Hawkins

1) “Many of you are well enough off that the tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good.” – Hillary Clinton
2) “Don’t let anybody tell you that it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs.” -- Hillary Clinton
3) “You know, we can’t keep talking about our dependence on foreign oil and the need to deal with global warming and the challenge that it poses to our climate and to God’s creation and just let business as usual go on, and that means something has to be taken away from some people.” – Hillary Clinton
4) “I can’t worry about every undercapitalized business” — Hillary Clinton testifying before Congress on the effects of Nationalized Health Care.
5) “Yes, we've cut the maternal mortality rate in half, but far too many women are still denied critical access to reproductive health care and safe childbirth, and laws don't count for much if they're not enforced. Rights have to exist in practice — not just on paper. Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will. And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.” – Hillary Clinton
6) "We are at a stage in history in which remolding society is one of the great challenges facing all of us in the West." -- Hillary Clinton per Barbara Olson's Hell to Pay: The Unfolding Story of Hillary Rodham Clinton
7) "There are rich people everywhere. And yet they do not contribute to the growth of their own countries.....They don't invest in public schools, in public hospitals, in other kinds of development internally." – Hillary Clinton
8) "No. We just can't trust the American people to make those types of choices ... Government has to make those choices for people." – Hillary Clinton
9) "If you have guns in your home, tell your parents to keep them away from you and your friends and your little brothers and sisters." -- Hillary Clinton to middle school students
10) "I also believe that every new handgun sale or transfer should be registered in a national registry..." -- Hillary Clinton

11) "I think again we’re way out of balance. We’ve got to rein in what has become almost an article of faith that almost anybody can have a gun anywhere at any time. And I don’t believe that is in the best interest of the vast majority of people." -- Hillary Clinton
12) "We came out of the White House not only dead-broke, but in debt. We had no money when we got there and we struggled to piece together the resources for mortgages, for houses, for Chelsea's education. It was not easy." – Hillary Clinton
13) “I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.” — Hillary Clinton makes up a ridiculous, untrue story about her trip to Bosnia.
14) “In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security.” — Hillary Clinton, October 10, 2002
5) "There’s a different leader in Syria now. Many of the members of Congress of both parties who have gone to Syria in recent months have said they believe he’s a reformer." -- Hillary Clinton on tyrannical maniac Bashar Assad
16) “With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make?” --Hillary Clinton
17) “My husband may have his faults, but he has never lied to me.” -- Hillary Clinton per Kim Eisler's Masters of the Game: Inside the World's Most Powerful Law Firm
18) "Put this (helicopter) on the ground! I left my sunglasses in the limo. I need those sunglasses. We need to go back!" -- Hillary Clinton from Air Force Lt. Colonel Robert Patterson's Dereliction of Duty.

19) "I have to admit that a good deal of what my husband and I have learned (about Islam) has come from my daughter. (As) some of you who are our friends know, she took a course last year in Islamic history." – Hillary Clinton
20) “The last time I actually drove a car myself was 1996.” -- Hillary Clinton

TWO FACES TO CHOOSE FROM

A small collection of articles on the dichotomy of Hillary

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2016/03/17/many-contradictions-hillary-clinton.htm
Communications consultant Jon Kraushar is at www.jonkraushar.net. He is a consultant to corporate and political leaders including Steve Forbes.

At a rally in Florida, Clinton said, “…our next president needs to be ready to face three big tasks. First can you make positive differences in people's lives? Second, can you keep us safe? Third, can you bring our country together again?”

She says, “Ask any parent, you'll hear nothing is more important than making sure their kids have a good school and a good teacher, no matter what zip code they live in.” But in a craven caving to teachers’ unions, Clinton abandoned her previous qualified tolerance of limited school choice and is now an unqualified defender of consigning many minority children and their parents to failed and dangerous public schools. Of course, Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea, attended private school.

Clinton says that, “…hard working Americans across our country deserve a president with both the ideas and the know-how to create good jobs with rising incomes right here in our country.”
Never mind the contradiction that as a U.S. senator, Clinton was a foe of policies helping job creation—especially by small businesses. Never mind the contradiction that Clinton gavePresident Obama an “A” for his handling of an economy that has, during his term, resulted in middle class incomes dropping and poverty increasing, especially among Clinton’s base of minority voters.

Clinton says, “We're going to stand up for American workers, and make sure no one takes advantage of us, not China, not Wall Street and not overpaid corporate executives.”
Contradicting all this: a CBS News investigation finding that a Chinese company run by a billionaire with close ties to the Chinese government pledged $2-million to the Clinton Foundation while lobbying Congress and the State Department.

Finally, Clinton says, “We live in a complex and, yes, a dangerous world. Protecting America's national security can never be an afterthought. Our commander in chief has to be able to defend our country, not embarrass it, engage our allies, not alienate them, defeat our adversaries not embolden them.”Clintonian contradictions once again abound.
Clinton recently claimed that the U.S. “didn’t lose a single person in Libya” when she was secretary of state. Considering that four Americans were killed in an attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya while Clinton was contradicting the facts on the ground, this is worse than a “gaffe” statement: it is a bald-faced lie and an insult to the families of the slain American heroes.

As for the rest of her statement, with Hillary Clinton’s complicity, America’s relations with allies like Israel deteriorated to disastrous levels. Her state department opposed sanctions against Iran and she supports President Obama’s dangerous nuclear deal with Iran.

Her “reset” with Russia was a setback and a subsequent scandal, as even the New York Times admitted in a story headlined, “Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal.” From Poland and the Czech Republic to Syria and North Korea, “our foreign policy during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state was to undermine our friends and cater to our enemies,” as columnist Thomas Sowell detailed.

CHUCK ROSS, REPORTED
During a Sept. 12 phone call with then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil Clinton said that the Benghazi attacks “had nothing to do with the film.”
“You’re not kidding. Based on the information we saw today we believe that group that claimed responsibility for this is affiliated with al-Qaeda,” Kandil responded to Clinton during their chat.
Clinton’s call with Kandil was referred to during Clinton’s Oct. 22 testimony in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi. As was an email that Clinton exchanged with her daughter, Chelsea, on the night of the attack. In that email she acknowledged that an “Al Qaeda-like group” had carried out the attack.
But Clinton’s comments in those communiques were at odds with the public position that she and others in the Obama administration took in the days after the attack.
“Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” Clinton said in a White House-approved statement on the night of the onslaught. “The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others.”
Further complicating matters is Clinton’s statement during the Oct. 22 Select Committee hearing and during a Democratic debate that she believes that the video did play a role in the Bengahzi attacks.
“Congressman, I believe to this day the video played a role,” she told Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan during the Benghazi hearing.
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said that the new documents show that Clinton offered inconsistent stories about the root cause of the attacks.
